You can’t be healthy if you aren’t active

Your aren’t healthy if you aren’t active. I don’t care if the doctor said you appear healthy, your blood work is fine. It’s like driving a new car and never getting an oil change, eventually it will mess up the car.

This really gets me because I’m a parent. And as a parent, it doesn’t matter how great you make sure your child eats or how much exercise they get – they are taking their example of what it’s right to do as an adult from you. So then they’ll grow up and eat like you, and avoid working out like you, and they’ll be unhealthy too.

We gotta do better. We gotta do better because it literally takes as little as 10 minutes a day to do a quick workout. It saves tons of money and time to meal prep vs eating processed crap and fast food. It is logical. There’s really no reason to not do it – other than you just don’t feel like it.

Try saying “I don’t feel like setting a good example for my children” and see how that feels. Then maybe you can get up and reclaim your health in 2018.

You know I’d love to help. Hit me up. Tarra.Yvette@gmail.com.
